Paul Butterworth

Paul Butterworth is a British-born visual effects supervisor. He studied graphic design at Middlesex University, graduating with honours, and initially worked across photography, illustration, animation, and graphic design before moving into visual effects and compositing. In the early 1990s, Butterworth worked in design and compositing at Animal Logic; by 1998, he had taken on a VFX supervisory and art-director role for the first season of the television series Farscape.
